Once the initial requirements have been established, an on-site consultation can be arranged.

Yes. Following the introductory call, a personalised consultation is held at the property to assess the space, explore the design possibilities and discuss the project in greater detail.

The on-site consultation fee is R1,250 for properties within 10 kilometres of Ballito. Consultations outside this area are quoted according to travel distance.

Should the project proceed, the consultation fee is credited towards the design fee.

Projects that do not involve extensive construction generally take approximately 8–10 weeks from formal appointment.

Timelines vary according to the scope of work, supplier lead times, custom manufacturing and the availability of contractors. A more detailed programme is established once the design direction and final scope have been approved.
