From complete interior decoration and furnishing to more involved renovation work, each project is personally led by Jonathan from the initial concept through to installation. Trusted contractors and suppliers are brought in where required.
Interior Decoration & Design
Furniture, colour, lighting, window treatments, artwork and finishing details are brought together to create interiors that feel cohesive, comfortable and personal to the home.
Furnishing & Styling
For spaces that do not require structural changes, existing pieces are combined with carefully sourced furniture, custom designs and considered finishing touches to complete the space.
Interior Renovations
For projects requiring more extensive changes, individual rooms or complete homes are thoughtfully redesigned with close attention to layout, functionality, finishes and how each space will be lived in.

Every project is different, so the investment required will depend on the spaces involved, the scope of work and the level of finishes.
A clear quotation is provided upfront, so clients know exactly what they will be paying before proceeding.

Our interior design fee is calculated at 12.5% excluding VAT of the total project value.
For smaller-scale projects, a minimum design fee applies.

Every project starts with a brief introductory phone call. This provides an opportunity to discuss the property, the proposed scope of work, your preferred style and the anticipated budget.
Once the initial requirements have been established, an on-site consultation can be arranged.

Yes. Following the introductory call, a personalised consultation is held at the property to assess the space, explore the design possibilities and discuss the project in greater detail.

The on-site consultation fee is R1,250 for properties within 10 kilometres of Cape Town CBD. Consultations outside this area are quoted according to travel distance.
Should the project proceed, the consultation fee is credited towards the design fee.

Projects that do not involve extensive construction generally take approximately 8–10 weeks from formal appointment.
Timelines vary according to the scope of work, supplier lead times, custom manufacturing and the availability of contractors. A more detailed programme is established once the design direction and final scope have been approved.
