You approve the selections and costs, and everything else is managed for you, from sourcing and deliveries to installation and final styling, with regular updates if you're based elsewhere. For Airbnb properties, help with the photographs and listing is also available.

From the first visit to the furnished apartment

Establish what’s needed
It starts with a visit to look at each room, take measurements and discuss how the property will be used. Together you agree what stays, what needs replacing and what's missing, with the budget and timing set around any dates the property needs to be ready for your own stay or guest bookings.

Plan the rooms and selections
Layouts and mood boards show how the furniture, colours and materials will work together, alongside an initial estimate and advice on where to spend.
For guest properties, the practical details are planned in from the start: comfortable beds, enough seating, space for luggage, curtains that give privacy and fabrics that are easy to clean. Prices are agreed before anything is ordered.

Coordinate deliveries and installation
Orders are followed up, deliveries scheduled and installers met on site. Every item is checked on arrival against the agreed selections, and any damage or errors are taken up with the supplier.

Style and hand over
Furniture is positioned, artwork hung and each room styled. The finished property is walked through with you, with a clear plan for any outstanding items.
For Airbnb properties, you'll also receive a set of photographs of the finished rooms to use on your listing.
